The DEPSOIT for CBMF has Two Parts.
- The FRIST DEPOSIT can ONLY be taken BY E-TRANSFER at the time of placing the reservation (The first deposit is the QUARTER of the total). The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after payment, but the guest can find someone to take over the cottage.
- The SECOND DEPOSIT can ONLY be taken BY E-TRANSFER at the end of March (The second deposit is the SAME as the FIRST deposit). If you don’t pay on time, you will lose your first deposit and cottage.
The balance is due IN FULL by Cash, E-transfer or Credit Card when you check-in.
Rules For the CBMF Bookings
- Minimum stay is 4 nights.
- NO MULTIPLE BOOKINGS! SEND AN EMAIL FOR THE RATE.
- For the 2-bedroom cottages and Log cabin Max stay 6 people; One-bedroom cottage Max stays 3 guests; Vacation house max stays 12 guests. Absolutely NO exceptions.
- No refunds are offered.
- The playground will be closed on CBMF for over 18 years old.
- If rules are broken, ALL those registered to the cottage will be cleared out and no refunds.
- No shuttle bus service here and around us, you need to book a taxi or other means of transportation in advance.
Don’t be a Party Pooper
- We like for everyone to have a good time, but don’t annoy others.
- Do not drink and drive!
- Have no extreme noise in your cottage. Turn the radio down after 10:30 p.m. so your neighbour doesn’t have to listen to it. Turn the radio off after 11:00 p.m. so your neighbour have to sleep.
- Respect the property that you are on and the property of other people.
- Keep the cottages clean. Bring garbage to the bins.
- Respect others and especially respect quiet time. There are people who like to sleep after a long day at the concert.
- No public urination. Use the washroom in the cabin.
- Any drugs or recreational drugs are not permitted on this private property and will be directly removed.
- The check out time is 9:30AM. Please do the best to keep the cottage clean when you leave. All our staff will be grateful.
We will enforce the rules
If any of these rules are not followed, you will be removed from your cottage and there will be no refunds.
