Deposits:
The first-night rate tax is taken when the reservation is placed, payable by Visa or MasterCard. Full payment is due upon arrival. The deposit of CBMF is not refundable.
Note: debit visa and debit master cannot be authorized to pay a deposit.
Cancellations:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after booking.
All cancellations before 30 days of the arrival date are fully refunded
Guests can send an email to cancel, we will reply within 2 days and send a cancellation confirmation.
If you do not get a reply, please call to verify, maybe we did not get your request. After the free cancellation time is exceeded, we will implement it according to the policy.
In 30 – 15 days prior – the deposit is non-refundable.
In 15 days full amount is charged to your Credit Card.
If the guest doesn’t show up, Will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Terms & Conditions
All visitors must leave the premises at 10:00 a.m.
Check in time is – after 3 p.m.
Check out time is – 10 a.m.
(Early check-in requires notification of availability)
All guests who check-in after 10:00 p.m. should inform us so that we can arrange your cottage key properly.
Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
Late check-out may be allowed, please ask us at check-in. The latest check-out time is 1pm.
A late check-out fee of $50 will be charged.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes on total amount due.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or the loss/damage of money or valuables of any kind.
If you have children traveling with you, make sure they are kept safe in public places.
If you have pets traveling with you, make sure they are leashed in public places and clean up after their droppings.
Management retains the right to remove unruly guests or clients from the property.
If the Manager asked to leave due to excessive noise or disturbance caused by the cottage. No refund will be given. The cottage’s property and facilities are provided for registered guests’ use. While short-term visitors are permitted, it is understood and acknowledged that the owner or manager shall have the authority to limit the length of stay of any visitors.
Damage Charges
Your credit card information will be kept on file during the term of your stay for use as a “security/damage deposit” to ensure compliance with the terms of the Rental Agreement. If, after inspection, it is determined that the condition of the unit is beyond normal wear and tear, or contents are missing from the team, the Tenant agrees to accept all liability and understands that these costs will be charged to the Tenant’s credit card, to include any applicable administrative fee. Please report any problems or damage to your unit on the day of check-in. If not noted, we must assume the injuries occurred during your occupancy.
No drunkenness.
No smoking and Cannabis, inside. No Drugs.
No loud music after 10 p.m.
No glass around Fire pit, Playground area, and Swimming pool. (Plastic is acceptable in these areas)
